Customer service was superb. so was the communication. came a week later but it was no fault of the company. I’ll definitely be working with them again

Good quality and beautiful looking product. The delivery was later than we expected and the tracking did not work, so we did not really know when it will arrive. The smaller piece was only mounted on styrofoam base (Even though we paid for metal arch for the whole thing) which was compressed during shipping, and the piece would not stand up when we took it out of the box. We had to fix it ourselves with wood pieces to make it sit upright. Other than this issue, it looks very good and we are happy with it.
